Internal Audit Reports
One of the duties of the County Auditor is to perform internal audits of County departments, in order to identify weaknesses in the control over County resources and to help the departments provide DuPage County taxpayers with better services at lower cost. A report of each audit, detailing the conditions found and the Auditor's recommendations for improvements, is distributed to the management of the department and to the County Board. These reports are available to the public.
Following is a list of internal audit reports issued by the DuPage County Auditor since April 2004 in Adobe format. You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view these reports. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, and may be obtained from Adobe Systems, Incorporated. You can receive a copy of any audit report issued prior to 2004 by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, by calling (630) 407-6075, or by writing to:
