The Recorder's Office is Dedicated to Customer Service through Communication, Attention to Detail and a Commitment to Excellence.

As the DuPage County Recorder, I believe first and foremost that service is the main objective of the office. My staff is willing to assist you in any manner possible. Please keep in mind that we are not attorneys and cannot dispense legal advice. If you have questions about the preparation or legality of a document, you should consult with an attorney.  When you are ready to record your documents, you may either mail them or present them for processing to my staff.
