What Is Julie?
The Joint Utility Locating Information for Excavators is a free message service for homeowners and contractors to notify utility owners of planned digging activities to help prevent damage to underground utilities.

What Happens After The Call?
Within two working days from your call, representatives from each member utility, (not JULIE employees), will come out and mark the approximate location of their buried lines using the following color code:

Yellow Flag		Gas, Oil, or Petroleum
Red Flag		Electric
Orange Flag		Telephone
Blue Flag		Potable Water
Green Flag		Sewer
